Ajinomoto is certified as member of Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption (CAC) for the 2nd time

              Recently, Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd. led by Mr. Ichiro Sakakura, President, and Mr. Takumi Kazarimoto, Vice President, received the certification renewal of Thailand's Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC). This year, Ajinomoto is one of 95 companies that received the certification and has been certified to be a CAC member as the company that has put in place policies and practices for preventing corruption, together with full documentation compliance as regulated by the CAC committee.
 

            The “Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption”, or CAC, is aiming to build cooperation among business sectors to fight against corruption on a large scale and also works with government agencies such as the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OCDC), the Office of National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), with the missions of expanding the private sector's alliance network in conducting business with transparency and encouraging companies to formulate policies and implement guidelines to prevent all forms of corruption, which will lead to a long-term sustainable anti-corruption of the company and the private sector in Thailand.
 

            Ajinomoto has declared its intention to join Thailand's Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) since 2018, which has been certified and renewed continuously. This reflects that the company has been conducting business with adherence to good corporate governance, business ethics and transparency, as well as all stakeholders are respected and treated equally.
