Ajinomoto welcomes Krist-Perawat to enjoy cooking delicious and healthy menu with fanclub
Ajinomoto Home Cooking welcomed Krist-Perawat, a young and popular actor, to learn how to cook a delicious and healthy menu ‘Salad roll with spicy dip sauce’ along with his fanclub via online channel. Chef Rean-Issala, a contestant from MasterChef Thailand Season 4, also joined the cooking session to pass on easy nutrition knowledge, cooking techniques, and how to apply the art and science of umami to significantly reduce sodium contained in the recipe while its taste is still delicious. The activity took place at Ajinomoto Cooking Space, Si Ayutthaya building, Bangkok.
Recently, Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., has launched a cooking class campaign under the concept of "Delicious and nutritionally balanced diets" that gives youngsters the opportunity to have fun experience through cooking practice on how to easily make a delicious balanced meal, including delicious salt reduction. Through this program, Ajinomoto has passed on its amino acids’ expertise and healthy nutrition with umami into a fun cooking class to encourage the young generation to pay attention to health visualization. One of the simple techniques to create a delicious salt reduction dish that was revealed in the class was using umami from a small amount of MSG. This time, a well-known Krist-Perawat Sangpotirat, together with Chef Rean-Issala Tanadumrongsak, from MasterChef Thailand Season 4, came and joined to cook a delicious healthy menu ‘Salad roll with spicy dip sauce’ and passed on some cooking tips for fans via online channel. The concept of this activity begins with Ajinomoto’s intention, which aims to promote health and wellness among Thai people through eating well and living well without compromises of deliciousness. This is in response to the Ajinomoto’s objective to become "a solution-providing group of companies for food and health issues through unlocking the power of amino acids to support the healthy lives of people all around the world."
