Roasted white sesame seeds for garnishing
Tip : Ramen noodles should be blanched in 1-liter boiling water for 2 minutes. Then rinse it with cold water before cooking.
1. Mix all sesame sauce ingredients, including Takumi Aji® Japanese Shoyu. Stir it well and leave it.
2. Arrange blanched ramen noodles on a plate, followed by other ingredients.
3. Top with sesame oil and roasted white sesame seeds. Serve with white sesame sauce.
