1. Mince garlic and pound bird’s eye chili. Add shrimp paste, coconut sugar, lime juice, AJI-NO-MOTO®. Mix them well.
2. Add strawberry, blanched shrimp, dried shrimp, fried anchovy, peanut and shallot. Softly pound them.
3. Put on a plate and serve with fresh vegetables.
