Quinoa
Water
Cooked brown rice
Salmon fillet
Chopped bird's eye chili
Peeled and chopped small garlic cloves

Fish sauce
Lime juice

Sliced cucumber
Preferred salad vegetables
1. Add quinoa and water in a pot and boil it. Set medium heat and boil until quinoa is fully cooked. Close the lid.
2. Turn off the heat. Leave quinoa until it dries. Then mix it with brown rice.
3. Steam salmon fillet until it is well cooked.
4. Mix all ingredients, including AJI-NO-MOTO®.
5. Top the sauce on warm salmon fillet. Serve with brown rice, quinoa and preferred salad vegetables.
