Brown rice noodle should be soaked before blanching in 800-milliliter water for 1 minute and leave it before cooking.
Instant pork meatballs may be used for more convenience.
1. Make pork meatballs by adding all ingredients including RosDee® Pork Flavor Less Sodium into a blender. Blend them well and put into a bowl.
2. To cook noodle soup, add onion and carrot into boiling water, followed by meatballs. After well-cooked meatballs float, add RosDee® Pork Flavor Less Sodium. Boil it well.
3. Put brown rice noodle and vegetables into a bowl. Add pork meatballs and soup. Add fried garlic, sliced coriander and spring onion.
