Diced onion
Unsalted butter
Sliced champignon
Water

1. Fry diced onion with butter until it is cooked. Add champignon until it is cooked. Keep 1 tablespoon of champignon for garnishing.
2. Then blend them with potable water until they are finely mixed.
3. Put the mixture into a pot and place on low heat. Add plain milk and season with RosDee® Pork Flavor, grounded pepper. Mix them well.
4. Put into a bowl then add truffle oil and stir it well. Garnish with cooked champignon and chopped parsley. Serve with soft-boiled egg and toasted bread.
